This website is operated by A Lota – Restaurante-Cervejaria, Lda., Rua do Jardim do Regedor, 15, 1150-193 Lisboa, Portugal, VAT PT500002975.
2. Reservations
A request sent through the site is not a confirmed booking. The table is confirmed only when we reply by email or phone. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the booked time. For groups larger than 10 we may ask for a deposit or a set menu, agreed in advance. You can cancel free of charge by phone or email.
3. Menu and prices
Dishes and prices shown on the site are indicative and may change with the market and the season. The menu in the dining room prevails. Prices include VAT. The couvert is optional and can be declined. Shellfish and fish by weight are priced by the day.
4. Allergens
Information on the 14 allergens listed in Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 is available from our staff. Tell us about any allergy when you book or order.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, photos and the A Lota name are the property of the operator or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
6. Complaints
A physical complaints book is available on the premises and the electronic version is at livroreclamacoes.pt. For consumer disputes you may contact the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre (CACCL), centroarbitragemlisboa.pt, or the EU ODR platform.
7. Applicable law
Portuguese law applies. The courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
